This policy explains what information RepStark collects when you use this website, how it's used, and who it's shared with. It applies to the confidential reputation audit form and the AI chat assistant ("Ava") on this site.

Information We Collect

When you submit the audit request form or talk with Ava, we may collect:

• Your name and contact details (email, phone number)
• Business name, website, and industry, if applicable
• A description of the reputation issue you're dealing with, including any URLs, reviews, or content you reference
• The content of your conversation with Ava, if you use the chat assistant

We only collect what you choose to share with us. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site beyond what's needed for the form and chat to function.

How We Use This Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Prepare your reputation audit and follow up with you about it
• Understand and respond to the specific issue you've described
• Communicate with you about RepStark's services, if you've asked us to
• Operate and improve this website and the chat assistant

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. To operate this site, we do rely on a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:

• Formspree — processes and delivers submissions from the audit request form
• Anthropic — powers the AI conversation when you chat with Ava; your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response
• Notion — stores lead information gathered through the chat assistant in our internal client records

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy and security practices. We only share what's necessary for them to perform their specific function for us.

Data Retention

We keep information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and, if you become a client, to provide our services. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us using the details below and we'll remove it, except where we're required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information from our records

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate applicable requests.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including relying on providers with their own security practices (Formspree, Anthropic, Notion, and our hosting provider). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll remove it.
